Two doors everyone in the workspace can use: Receipts for anything paid for the company, and Post for every letter that arrives. Snap it with the phone, Entumo reads it, and the owner sees only what needs a decision.
Receipts is built for the phone. Snap a receipt opens the document scanner; Upload a file takes a picture or a PDF.
Your list shows To finish, Waiting for OK and Approved. Reading a receipt uses a little of your credits, like any AI step; if it cannot run, the form says so and you type the fields.
The owner decides in Needs you on My work, or in Finance → Receipts, which shows everybody's expenses in lanes: To approve, Receipt asked for, To pay back, Find on statement and Settled.
Members with May approve bookings see the lanes and the export; only the owner decides.
The same statement check lists the payments that have no receipt yet. For each, pick who paid (Entumo suggests whoever was asked last for the same bank text) or No receipt needed for rent, wages and paid bills, then ask.
The person gets an e-mail and sees the missing receipt at the top of Receipts:
The Receipt asked for lane groups open asks by person, with how long each has waited, and a button to remind the person by e-mail (at most once a day per ask); handed-back ones offer Ask someone else, I'll add it myself or No receipt needed. There is no automatic reminder.
Post takes every letter that arrives on paper. Snap a letter (or Upload a file, a picture or PDF up to 4 MB), and Entumo reads the QR-bill slip locally, then reads the letter once to say what it is, who sent it, the dates and the amount. Each read value is marked for you to check.
Each kind gets one next step:
To handle lists open letters, most urgent first; Handled keeps the last 90 days. Every letter is filed in Finance → Post. A letter is seen only by the person who captured it, the owner and members with May approve bookings.
A Zahlungsbefehl starts a 10-day objection period (Rechtsvorschlag) on the day it is served, whether anyone noted it or not. That is why it stays at the top of Post until you type the day it was handed to you, the canton and the procedure.
Entumo never takes the date from the letter. You see a preview of the deadline before you save, and reminders follow by default. The deadline then shows on Deadlines and on My work. To decide whether to object, the letter offers Get help deciding.
