Deadlines gathers the dates your company must meet — VAT, tax, payroll and year-end — each with a worksheet your team prepares, plus your contracts' notice periods and letters with a deadline. Entumo prepares; you file.
Deadlines sits under Money & admin and opens for the owner and members with May approve bookings. The dates come from your company details: legal form, canton, VAT method and the end of your business year. If one is missing, the page names it and links to Settings.
The filters narrow the list: VAT, Tax, Payroll, Year-end, Contracts and Letters.
Each VAT return, tax return, annual accounts, AHV declaration and set of Lohnausweise has a worksheet. Prepare worksheet opens Enti with the brief filled in, in your language. Nothing starts until you press send, and it is billed like any task.
The employee prepares the figures and the file, and is told never to file, pay, sign or send. Once the worksheet exists, the row links to it.
Entumo cannot see what you filed with the authorities, so you tell it with one tap: Mark as filed (VAT, tax return, AHV declaration, Lohnausweise), Mark as paid (federal tax) or Mark as done (accounts, general meeting).
The row moves to Done with who marked it and when, and disappears from every other list: My work, the Monday brief and Enti's overview. Undo brings it back. The mark only records it in Entumo; nothing is filed, paid or sent.
With bexio connected, a VAT period you close in bexio marks its VAT return by itself. To undo that, reopen the period in bexio.
Once a VAT period has ended, its row offers XML for the ESTV portal. Instead of typing every figure into the portal, you build the eCH-0217 file the portal imports:
The file is built in your browser; Entumo sends nothing to the ESTV. It covers the effective method only, not the net tax rate method.
Two more kinds of dates join the statutory ones:
On the main view you see the soonest five of each; the Contracts and Letters filters show them all. You only see letters you may open.
You do not have to visit the page to stay on time:
Marked dates leave all of these at once.
