For Treuhand offices and accountants: every client workspace you belong to on one screen, each client's month-end close, and reviews you sign off on a frozen packet.
Client workspaces, reached from the workspace switcher, lists every workspace you are a member of: its plan, what is waiting for you, approvals and open questions, runs over the last 7 days, cost this month, credit and the last run. The client that needs you most comes first. A figure that could not be read says so — it is never shown as 0. Open takes you into the workspace.
A client either invites you as a member of their workspace, or you create one for them with New client workspace.
Under the list, Month close shows each client's month in four stages — Booked, Open points, Treuhand review and Closed — and whose turn it is: yours, the client's, Entumo's or the reviewer's. Filter by Your turn or Waiting, pick another month, and see each client's year-end progress and the deadlines coming up across all clients.
The board only reads; it never books or approves anything. A month counts as closed only once its review is signed off and nothing is still waiting. The finance stages show only to the owner, the named reviewer or a booking approver of that workspace; anyone else sees the row as restricted.
Open on a board row opens the client desk. There you decide the client's waiting approvals (the owner rule still applies, and a draft or a file opens in the workspace itself), answer the employees' questions, and ask the client for what is missing: one item per line, then Send to the client — it lands as one to-do in the client's workspace. Sending again in the same month adds to that list. Month-end opens the month-end overview of that workspace: the last 12 months and a printable control report.
The owner of a workspace requests a review on Treuhand review: what is reviewed (month or year-end close, VAT return, company tax return, payroll or other finance work), the period, and the reviewer, who must first be invited as a member. Freeze the packet and request gathers that period's finance files, findings, approvals and booked items and seals them, so owner and reviewer look at the same packet.
Only the named reviewer records time and corrections and decides: Sign off this packet, or Request changes with a note. If the packet changed in the meantime, the decision is refused. The owner can Withdraw the review. Time saved is only shown once a baseline is recorded.
On the same page, the owner creates the office's Your referral link once with Create my link; it never changes. Workspaces that sign up through it appear under Workspaces you brought in, with name and date only — you see nothing inside them unless they invite you.
