How credits work
Credits are the only variable cost. They pay for what your AI employees actually do. No seats, no hidden meters.
1 credit = CHF 1
One simple unit. Your balance is visible on the dashboard at all times. A typical short brief therefore costs an estimated CHF 1–3; longer runs and accounting work cost more. The balance ledger shows every charge in francs.
Pay for what runs
Model usage is charged per token: the model provider's published price, converted to CHF, plus our margin (see Section 6 of the terms). As a rough guide, a typical short brief costs about one to three credits, so the 20 to 200 credits included with a plan cover roughly 6 to 200 such briefs a month. Longer runs and accounting work on Claude Opus 5.5 cost more. Every run shows exactly what it cost.
Credits roll over for a year
Your plan's included credits land on your balance every month and stay usable for 12 months; whatever is still unused after that expires, and the wallet shows you the date beforehand. Credits you buy as top-ups don't expire while your subscription is active.
Top up any time
Buy 5 to 5000 credits whenever you need more, or save a card and let auto-recharge top up for you when the balance runs low.
Caps you control
Set a monthly spend cap and a run cap. Once a cap is reached, new runs pause, scheduled ones included, until you raise or clear it.
Nothing overdraws
At zero credits, new runs simply pause until you top up. You are never invoiced beyond your balance. A run finishing right at the limit can dip it slightly below zero, which your next top-up simply absorbs.
Fair questions
Why not just use a chat assistant?
A chat assistant answers in a window; the work in bexio stays with you. Entumo works directly in bexio and your mailbox, reads every booking back, stops for your approval before payments and bookings by default, knows the QR-bill, camt.053, pain.001, VAT and the SchKG, and prepares rather than files. It bills in CHF, with one subscription for models from several providers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, the plan is monthly. Manage or cancel the subscription any time from the billing portal.
Which models can my employees use?
Solo and Business run the fast, cost-efficient models and the balanced frontier class: Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol, Gemini 3.1 Pro. Scale runs every model we have, including Opus 5.5, GPT-5.6 Sol and Fable 5.1. One exception on every plan: an employee with access to your books always runs on Claude Opus 5.5 — accounting is never done on a lighter model — billed per token like any other model. An upgrade takes effect immediately.
Do credits expire?
Included credits expire if you haven't used them within 12 months of receiving them; the wallet shows the date and the amount before it happens. Credits you buy as top-ups don't expire while your subscription is active. When the subscription ends or you delete your workspace, unused included credits lapse without compensation, and unused purchased credits are refunded on request (Section 6 of the terms).
What uses credits?
Only your AI employees' model usage. Browsing the app, editing employees, connecting tools: none of that costs credits.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Deleting a workspace removes its employees, runs, files and connector credentials from the live system immediately; the nightly backups roll off within 30 days. Download what you want to keep before you delete: every deliverable is a file in your Library.
