Every new client brings receipts, bank reconciliations, reminders and VAT returns. Entumo prepares that routine work per client: an accounting employee in the client's bexio, every posting waiting for a person by default (unless you relax it on the Security page), and one login showing what is waiting where across every client. Your team reviews and decides instead of keying in.
Partner firm
Treunance
A Swiss Treuhand firm that tests Entumo with us, from a fiduciary practice’s point of view.
Each client is a workspace of its own. Your firm sits above them.
One login, every mandate
Every client is a separate workspace — its own employees, connections and credentials. Your portfolio page lists all of them with what is waiting for you, what ran this week and what it cost. Open any one to act in it.
Works inside the client's bexio
The accounting employee records supplier bills, drafts invoices, reconciles camt.053 bank statements, prepares reminders, a payment run (pain.001) and the VAT return — in the client's own bexio, with the client's own credentials.
By default, every posting waits for a person
By default, anything that moves money, writes to the books or reaches a customer pauses for approval, unless you relax that on the Security page. Whether that person is you or the client is your choice; either way it is logged.
Verified, not only reported
After each write Entumo reads the record back from bexio and only then reports it as done. A failed read is labelled unverified, never done.
Your own duties stay yours
A fiduciary that executes clients’ payments, or forms or manages legal entities for them, has its own duties under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG) — for example affiliation with a self-regulatory organisation and, from 1 October 2026, the adviser duties. Entumo does not perform client due diligence, and the payment file it prepares is released by a person.
The fiduciary review
The client hands you a period as one packet. You check, correct and sign off, inside the client's workspace.
One packet per period
The packet holds a period's work by the finance and accounting employees: the files they produced, the findings recorded and still open, the approvals decided and still waiting. It is built by code, not by a model, and frozen with a fingerprint (SHA-256).
Only the named reviewer decides
The owner requests the review and names the reviewer from the workspace's members. Only that person records corrections and time and signs off or asks for changes. A sign-off covers exactly the packet seen; later work needs a new review.
Measured, not claimed
State per review how long the work used to take, and Entumo shows the difference: baseline minus review minus corrections. Without a baseline it says “not measured yet”, never zero.
Two ways to work
Run the workspace for the client, or refer the client and let them run it.
You run the workspace
Create the client's workspace from your portfolio, connect their bexio, and your staff work in it. The client can be invited as a member or made an owner at any time.
The client runs it, you referred them
Hand out your referral link. A workspace created after following it is attributed to your firm and appears in your portfolio; the client owns it and sees your firm as its referrer.
Billing per workspace
Each client workspace has its own plan from CHF 49.00 a month, cancel monthly. For a firm-wide agreement across many mandates, write to us.
What the accounting employee does in bexio
Every line is a shipped operation, not a roadmap.
Records supplier bills from the inbox, checks each for duplicates, books it to the expense account
Drafts, issues and sends sales invoices; quote → order → invoice, recurring invoices
Reconciles camt.053 statements against open invoices and proposes the matches
Prepares payment reminders and finds payments with no invoice behind them
Prepares a payment run (pain.001) for upload into e-banking
Prepares the VAT return from the journal, reconciled two ways
What Entumo does not do
Said before the first mandate, not after.
It never releases a bank payment itself: a payment run is uploaded and released by a person in e-banking. Refunds in a connected payment tool happen only after an explicit approval, and by default so does every other move of money.
It does not replace the fiduciary's judgement: it prepares, you decide, and the record shows who decided.
It is in invite-only beta. We onboard a small number of firms personally and ship weekly.
Questions fiduciaries ask
Can my staff see every client workspace?
Each person sees the workspaces they are a member of. The portfolio page lists exactly those; membership is per workspace and revocable.
Where is the data?
The app runs in Frankfurt (EU); the privacy policy names every infrastructure provider and where it processes data. AI processing runs at Anthropic in the USA by default, safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework; where an EU provider is enabled, a workspace can be limited to European data centres (the EU, plus Switzerland and Norway where a provider's EU zone includes them). The privacy policy names every AI provider. Whether your own use complies is for you, as controller, to assess. Entumo itself never trains models on your data.
Does the client know we are involved?
Yes. A workspace you created or referred carries your firm as its referrer, visible to both sides.
What does it cost?
Per client workspace, from CHF 49.00 a month, cancel monthly. For many mandates under one agreement, write to info@momentumq.com.
