A chat assistant answers. An automation repeats the steps you built. Entumo's AI employees do the work in the tools you already use, and by default they ask before anything sensitive.
Four ways to get the work done
The invoices, bookings, reminders and replies have to happen either way. What differs is who does them, and who checks.
Four ways to get the work done
Do it yourself or hire
Ask a chat assistant
Build an automation
Hand it to Entumo
Who does the work
You, or someone you pay.
You, with the text it writes.
The steps you set up, in the order you set them.
AI employees with names and roles, coordinated by Enti.
How you ask for it
You do it, or you brief someone.
One prompt at a time.
You build the flow before it first runs.
You tell Enti the outcome you need.
Where the result lands
Wherever you put it.
In the conversation. You carry it into bexio, the bank or your mailbox.
In the apps the flow connects.
In the tools you already use, such as bexio, your mailbox and Slack.
Before money moves
You decide.
You make the payment yourself.
It runs as built, with the checks you built in.
Payments, bookings and outbound messages wait for your approval by default.
Who checks the result
You do.
You do.
You do, run by run.
Entumo reads each booking back from bexio: a failed read-back says “not verified”, never “done”.
What stays with you
All of it.
Carrying the answer into your apps, and checking it.
Building the flows, and changing them when the work changes.
The decisions: what to approve, and the budget you set.

The decisions: what to approve, and the budget you set.
The first three columns describe ways of working, not a particular product.
The model is not the difference. What happens around it is.
Questions to ask any AI before it touches your books
Ask them of every tool you consider, us included. Here are our answers.
Does it do the work, or hand you text?
The work: your AI employees draft the invoice in bexio, post the summary in Slack and hand you a report. Every step and cost is visible while it runs.
What happens before money moves?
By default, payments, bookings, signatures and outside messages are held for you. Only you can loosen this.
Is the limit a rule in the system, or a line in a prompt?
A guard checks every action before it runs. No single payment above your cap goes through — it is blocked outright, in every approval mode.
Does it check what it wrote?
After a write, Entumo reads the record back from bexio. A failed read-back says “not verified”, never “done”.
Does it say it is AI?
Every email, chat or SMS message, helpdesk or review reply and letter your employees write to someone outside your company through a built-in integration opens with a notice the platform adds itself: written by an AI agent on behalf of your company. Public posts end with it. Always on — it can't be switched off. Where a channel cannot carry it (a custom connector, a pre-approved WhatsApp template), the agent is instructed to state it.
Does it know the Swiss formats?
QR-bill, camt.053, pain.001, VAT under the MWSTG, dunning under the OR and SchKG.
Does it file for you?
No. The VAT return and the payment file are ready for you. Filing them and releasing them in your e-banking stay with you.
Can you cap what it spends, in francs?
You are billed in francs, markup included. A monthly spending limit pauses new runs once reached; a run in progress may finish above it.
Is there a record of what it did?
Every consequential action is classified and logged: allowed, blocked, or approved. The log is size-limited per workspace and keeps the most recent entries.
Where does your data go?
The app runs in Frankfurt (EU). The default model runs at Anthropic in the US. Where an EU provider is set up, you can choose the EU zone when you create a workspace: the EU, plus Switzerland and Norway where a provider's EU zone includes them (at a surcharge). Entumo itself never trains models on your data, and every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy.
Can you leave, and take your data with you?
You cancel in the billing portal, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. Deleting your workspace deletes the live data at once. Before that, you get your data back in a common electronic format.
What Entumo is not
Said before you start, not after.
It does not decide for you: it prepares, you decide, and the record shows who decided.
It does not replace your fiduciary: on tax and payroll questions it cites the rule and says when to ask a human.
It is not flawless: even an agent sometimes gets a task wrong. That is why there is a guard, not just a promise.
It is not connected to everything: the integrations page lists what each app can do, and any tool with an HTTP API can be added as a custom connector.
See the difference on your own work.
Start with one task you want off your desk. Your AI employees do it inside the tools you already use.
